- Secondary Administrator
What is the difference between primary and secondary administrators?
Primary administrators have full control and access. Secondary administrators have the same access but cannot terminate the primary administrator.
How do we assign primary administrators?
Primary administrators are assigned during signup.
How do we assign secondary administrators?
The primary administrator adds a secondary administrator via Company Settings > Admins. Select the employee and click the Add Admin button. Any administrators added via this process are secondary administrators. Users must be added to the benefit before they can be upgraded to secondary administrator access.
