A group coverage HRA (health reimbursement arrangement), or integrated HRA, is an employer-funded medical reimbursement plan associated with a group health insurance plan, usually a high-deductible plan.
Who can take advantage of a Group Coverage HRA?
The group coverage HRA is offered only to those at the company who take part in the group health insurance plan, as it is designed to help employees with their out of pocket medical expenses as defined in Publication 502 (2019), Medical and Dental Expenses.
